Importing Final Cut Pro 7 XML files into Dailies Creator

Dailies Creator 2.7 and above can import XML files in Final Cut Pro 7 format, and maps the following fields to their Drylab counterparts:

FCP7 field maps to Creator field
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.file.name Filename
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.scene Scene
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.shottake Shot and Take, split at slash (/)
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.file.timecode.reel.name Roll
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.good Take's circled tag

bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.labo:shootDay Day
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.labo:lensText Lens manufacturer
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.labo:isoSpeedText ISO
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.labo:whiteBalanceText Color temperature
bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.logginginfo.labo:title Shot notes

The FCP7 column indicates the path through the XML hierarchy. Creator will match the end of the path. In other words, any XML name tag preceded by bin.children.clip.media.video.track.clipitem.file will be regarded as a filename.

Certain attributes that don't exist in FCP 7's vocabulary (e.g. shooting day) can be represented in the labo namespace (see above).
